We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment operation, maintenance, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple shifts. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance

repairs as per established schedules.

Utilize advanced mechanic skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for troubleshooting

and repairs.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform necessary maintenance and service tasks.

Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments to machinery as needed to maintain operational

efficiency.

Execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to schedule to minimize equipment downtime.

Conduct reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical,

electrical, and structural components.

Fabricate retrofits and modifications, complete machine tear down/repair/assembly, and work on electric motors.

Apply creative problem-solving skills to identify and implement equipment improvements.

Coach operators and peers on basic maintenance and equipment settings to enhance overall team capabilities.

Participate in special project work related to equipment upgrades or installations.

Collaborate with team members and operators to ensure daily production schedules are met.

Maintain effective communication and partnerships with team members and vendors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with demonstrated proficiency in

electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, gear boxes, and other mechanical systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.

Ability to frequently lift, move, bend, walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and crouch in a production environment.

Proven ability to execute preventative and reactive maintenance effectively.

Experience in equipment tear down, repair, assembly, and electric motor work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment improvements.

Flexibility to work across multiple shifts as required.

Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
