Cranial Technologies is looking for a driven individuals with an eye for detail who are flexible to join our growing team in the manufacturing of our DOC Band. In this role you are playing an integral part in the fabrication process of our DOC Band to help reshape the lives of children. Bring your strong visual skills/attention to detail, and ability to work with your hands to Cranial Technologies and impact the lives of babies each day!
This will be a temp to hire position. You will be evaluated after 60 days and have the potential to be brought on as a full time employee at that time
Pay is $15 an hour
Increase to $16 an hour at 30 days (based on performance)
Increase to $17 an hour at 60 days (based on performance)
We have positions open in multiple areas of manufacturing:
Milling
Vacuum Forming
Finishing

AM shifts only! No night shifts! Minimal weekend shifts!
We will train you to learn new skills such as running/operating HAAS mills, vacuum forming, and finishing operations.

Qualifications:
Ability to work a full time position 40 hours a week with typical start time between 5:30AM - 7:00AM. No nights!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Any prior manufacturing experience is a plus “+,” but is not required. We will train you!
