Graphic Designer with Digital Ad Experience
Phoenix New Times is seeking a full-time skilled digital ad designer with a keen eye for innovation to help us redefine our market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly traditional and digital assets that align with our client’s brands and marketing strategies, such as website graphics, social media content, email templates, and digital display ads
Collaborate with the multiple departments to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all client digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the advertisements & graphics
Design ads for our weekly and seasonal publications.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or in-house team.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
Experience with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time role in a traditional office work environment, with an 8 hour schedule, Monday-Friday. If you are looking for a remote job, this position is not for you.
