East Valley Law Firm looking for a Part Time or Full time Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal Defense Paralegal with Experience. Rate of Pay DOE
We are looking for a bright and positive person to perform the following duties:
▸ Drafting and preparing Fee Agreements; Motions, including standard motions such as Motions to Continue; Correspondence; Request discovery
▸ Calendaring Court dates, deadlines and schedule appointments;
▸ Communicating with Clients, Courts, Prosecutors, MVD, Experts and police agencies in Maricopa and Yavapai Counties;
▸ Must be familiar with Misdemeanor and Felony cases;
▸ Reviewing Calendar for any conflicts on a daily basis;
▸ Assist in answering phones
