Hi, I just turned 63, semi retired. I bought 7 businesses in town , and started 3 from scratch. They are all still in business, except 1. It was that 1 that makes me valuable. I rolled the 7 businesses into 2. I sold them, except for one I still have. I sold the other one.
The purpose of this add, is for you to hire me, or take me as a 25 percent partner. To help you grow your business. Or start your business.
You can pay me in legal work. I’m always buying a business, land or real estate, and you can work it off. Or trying to collect, or deal with people who are difficult. It’s why you have jobs, people can’t do the right things.
You will have to be bold enough to work in 3-6 areas of law for this to work. Maybe you know how to do 2 areas now, venture into the third. You don’t bite off more than you can chew right away.
My resume, will show you I am real. and my financial statement will be available to you, if you take me as a 25 percent partner.
You will have to work hard, and put in long hours. Owning and building a business is twice as hard as your job. But after 5 years, you can delegate and go back to normal.
As you can imagine, I have learned how to buy businesses. I only paid too much for my first one. I know about internet advertising, and other types. I probably only wasted $200 k in 40 years lol we will see you don’t.
I am not investing much, this is a sweat equity proposal. Just like the other 10 businesses. The best businesses were started with not much money, and lots of hard work. I have had to hire a lawyer 5 times in 40 years. I have seen the 3 good ones who treat your money like thier own. And treat your situation like it’s them in it. And the 2 who didn’t care about your money, or situation. Sincerity and conscientiousness can’t be faked, people are not stupid. A law firm is like any other business. Treat people right, and they will tell people, and use you again, Thanks
