Window screen installer/tech

I'm looking for somebody to train to measure and install window screens on residential windows. I can teach you the ins and outs and supply you with the tools necessary to complete the job however you will need to have your own truck to go to and from jobs. The only requirements I have for you, for this position, is have a driver's license, a truck or at least be insurable, have basic old school core values such as honesty, punctuality and communication is key! I can teach you the rest! Some weeks you might put in 40 to 50 hours other weeks might be 30 to 40 depending on work load and season. If you can't handle the Arizona heat or ladder work up to 15 ft I'm not interested, also if you have a problem waking up in the mornings and getting to the job sites on time or have a problem paying your cell phone bill I'm not interested. You will basically be working by yourself throughout the day therefore managing yourself however communication is 100% necessary with me throughout the day as things change as the day goes on.
