Warehouse Manager

CPR Savers is a small, family owned, medical, survival and first aid supply distributor. We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking warehouse personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by efficiently handling receiving, identification, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to maximize efficiency.

Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

Communicate job expectations to employees and provide coaching and support.

Determine staffing levels and allocate workloads accordingly.

Interface with customer service reps to address inquiries or resolve issues promptly.

Maintain detailed records of items, document essential information, and utilize reports to assess warehouse status.

Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions or adjust existing procedures and practices.

Collaborate and coordinate activities with other departments as needed.

Skills:

Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.

Proficiency in warehouse software packages and MS Office applications.

Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Hands-on commitment to achieving operational objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to direct and coordinate operations effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration preferred but not required

Requirements:

Dependable and self-motivated.

Familiarity with electronic tablet use.

Ability to speak, read, and write in fluent English.

Must be able to lift 20+ lbs, occasionally above head.

Physically able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
