Job Title: Machine Operator and Backup Driver
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Fridauy 7:00am to 3:30pm
Overall Purpose and Objective of This Position:
The purpose of this position is to run the machines. Due to machines only being ran when needed, the position
also requires individual to be a back up to the Driver and Warehouse personnel. Position requires consistent
communication and organizational flow within the departments to reach our company goals.
In addition, we require all employees to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the plant. The Manager adds employees to cleaning schedule to maintain the plant.
List of responsibilities:
1. Maintain machine area clean and organized to operate.
2. Operate all machines with safety and precaution.
3. Report all emergencies immediately to your Manager and HR.
4. When not operating machine, expected to assist with Will Call and delivery prepping daily.
5. When Driver is absent, expected to cover Driver duties
- Daily inputs of all deliveries into the google drive folder, Fax all delivery documents .
6. When Warehouse personnel is absent, expected to cover WH duties
- Daily Inventory and Monthly Inventory
- Daily entry of inventory info into google drive
- Unload outside containers
7. Lunch required to take before 5th hour
8. Maintain cleanliness of office, restrooms and surrounding areas
9. Manager may assign schedule for cleaning
Qualifications:
Previous experience in machine operation or similar roles is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
