We are seeking a qualified Trailer Service and Repair Technician.

FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

We need someone with trailer repair knowledge!

This full-time position for a Service Tech will assist with service repairs and maintenance. Must work efficiently, have a great work ethic with a positive attitude, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Completing work orders, clear communication, diagnosis of trailer repair needs, including required parts, and accurate labor time estimates.

Accurately and efficiently perform quality repair and maintenance work on customers' flatbeds, utility, or cargo trailers that meet acceptable standards within the estimated time or less.

Diagnosing fundamental mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and experience.

Performing necessary repairs using tools and equipment.

Taking the initiative to develop a skill set to become proficient in diagnosing and repairing unfamiliar units or equipment.

Performing preventive maintenance on company vehicles, including lubrication and oil changes.

Unloading and assembling trailers.

Conducting pre-delivery service on new and used trailers to ensure excellent working orders for the customer.

Maintaining a Clean and Safe work environment and equipment on an ongoing basis, as needed and as directed by the Lot Manager.

Performing any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Valid AZ driver's license

High school diploma

Aluminum/Steel welding, MIG, and TIG (Aluminum welding isn't a must)

Electrical experience

Must be able to read and write in English

Ability to climb stacked trailers (approx. 13ft)

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Ability to use a computer +

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a mechanic shop environment. Some time may be devoted to unloading and assembling trailers, which require lifting, climbing, carrying moderate to heavyweights, and operating assigned equipment and vehicles—the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
