Looking for reliable worker(s) to clean and clear out a tenant move-out/abandonment unit.
Inside and outside of the unit must be cleaned. You must bring your own cleaning supplies and tools. A 20-yard dumpster will be on site for your use.
Main tasks include:
- Remove furniture, mattresses, trash, curtains, and debris.
- Clean bathroom, kitchen, cabinets (inside & out), windows, fans, and light fixtures.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Sweep front porch, backyard, and clean out shed.
Details:
- Full scope of work will be sent, etc.
- Must be completed in 1 day (max 2 days).
- Payment made after inspection and photo/video proof of work.
- Flat rate: $450 for the entire job.
