- Pay range: $20.44 - $25.44 per hour DOE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Performing maintenance on mobile offices using carpentry and other skills.
- Organizing and maintaining common work areas.
- Removing and replacing lighting components, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, etc.
- Painting interior and exterior of mobile offices
- General cleaning of interior and exterior of mobile office.
- Preparing and loading units with foundation materials, furniture, and entry systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Intermediate level Carpenter skills, working with limited to no supervision.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and or mechanical systems.
- Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable. driving record per Pacific Mobile standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment.
- Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week if needed.
