Looking for hard working, reliable employees for our Micro trenching Crew to do work in the Mesa and Chandler Area.

CDL Drivers
- Need to operate and maintain micro trenching equipment (including trenchers, skid steers, backhoes, etc.) to use for daily utility installations.
- Excavation, trenching, potholing, digging and pressure washing.
-Work directly with Concrete company to help complete the part of filing the trench and making sure all slurry is picked up and cleaned up off the streets.
- Cut, core and discard of concrete or asphalt when needed.
- Perform restoration back to existing conditions. (Landscaping duties might include laying sod, rock and/or other materials)
- Be able to do the physical demands in various roles within the company.
- Load and unload equipment from Trailers
-Know or learn the Construction Plans of the project you are working on.
-CDL license to transport and operate heavy equipment
-Work with management and the city inspectors to know and understand the work you are completing to the best ability. Always keep your work area clean. Do not disturb or destroy people's properties.
- Make sure equipment is clean, maintained and ready to go at the end of the day, ready for the next day to start.
- Work with others, no yelling or fighting; no disturbing the people on the streets you are working on. Be kind and courteous to those you are working with.
- Work as a team and step up and do your individual part in the process of completing the job asked.
-Follow safety protocol at all times, wear your correct PPE (safety vest, hard hat and safety glasses)
Pay is based on position and work experience and performance.
Schedule is 5 days a week: 8-hour days.

CDL Driver Requirements:
- Drug and alcohol test must be passed.
- Clean driving record is required.
- Current MVR must be provided.
- Medical certificate is required
-Registered in the Clearinghouse for Quarterly drug and alcohol tests.
