Maintenance Tech- Apartment Comminity

We are a property management company currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech. This candidate would be responsible for but, not limited to; completing repairs for work orders, turns of vacate units, such as: hot water, AC units, garbage disposal, painting, patching, window blinds, painting, electrical, furniture removal, landscaping, etc. This candidate should possess attention to detail and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks. This position is a full time, 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with possible on call 24-hour maintenance overtime. If you are interested, please submit your resume.
