We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor, who is looking to join a growing and rewarding Property Management company. This Supervisor will help operate and run our multi site community in Mesa, with the assistance of two technicians. Responsibilities include turns, service request, curb appeal upkeep, inventory control, customer satisfaction, clear communication with management and an overall good attitude. This is a position for a "working supervisor" A minimum of 40 hours a week and OT when approved. Being On-call is part of the job description but there is a rotating schedule.
