Landscape laborer/ crew lead in training

I am hiring to fill 1 position currently, landscape laborer and to start training to run a route. Must have experiene in landscape maintenance to apply. Primary is residential maintenance but can change as the company grows. Clean license, experience with driving truck and trailer, knowledge of all basic equipment, knowledge of basic service and proper trimming and general landscape care. I pay weekly, I currently offer paid major holidays off, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment, bonuses based off performance. This is a 1099 position, you are responsible for paying your own taxes at the end of the fiscal year.
