Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative and an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound and warm calling, effectively communicating our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Duties:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain product features and benefits effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales techniques.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and sales processes.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and convey them effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving results.
Previous experience in After Market Auto Parts is a plus.
