C3 Services LLC is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaner Techs. We specialize in maintaining the exterior cleanliness of commercial properties through various services, including pressure washing, parking lot sweeping, window washing, graffiti removal, and more.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Clean and maintain commercial properties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Perform pressure washing on sidewalks and buildings
- Sweep and maintain outdoor areas of debris and trash
- Conduct window washing and graffiti removal
- Work independently, often alone during overnight shifts
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning equipment and performing manual labor
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
Shift Availability:
- Full-time and Part-time, ONLY OVERNIGHT shifts available
