Part-Time Cleaner Needed – Commercial & Residential (Phoenix, AZ)
Compensation: $17-20/hr (DOE)
Employment Type: Employee’s Choice (W-2 Employee or 1099 Contractor)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to maintain a commercial office (5 days per week), provide housekeeping services (3 days per week), and occasionally clean a private shop. This is a stable, part-time position with a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain commercial office spaces, residential home, and private shop
Perform general cleaning tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, sanitizing bathrooms, and other housekeeping duties
Ensure all spaces meet a high standard of cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Must pass a background check
