Readiness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Punctuality and positive attitude in task completion.
Compliance with directives from Foreman/Superintendent and Leads.
Demonstrating respect for oneself, colleagues, managers, company, other contractors, clients, equipment, and property.
Assisting in equipment setup and dismantling.
Procuring necessary tools for tasks and demonstrating proficiency in their use.
Preparing job sites for construction activities.
Executing setup and cleanup tasks at job sites.
Providing labor support for specialty crews.
Ensuring use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Identifying equipment hazards and adhering to safety precautions.
Attending safety meetings and adhering to safety procedures.
Representing the company positively internally and externally.
Full participation as a team member and prompt completion of assigned tasks.
Maintaining professionalism as per company policies.
Performance of other duties as assigned.
