Handyman Needed for HOA

Worker needed for Homeowners' Association located at Northern Ave and 31st Ave, in Phoenix. Need someone willing to work outside all day in order to pick up trash from the 6-acre property and work on the landscape sprinkler system. Also, will assist the Maintenance Manager with various projects. Training will be given on the sprinkler system. Job is full-time, 40 hours a week. Some benefits offered, but no medical insurance or dental insurance. Must have bank account, U.S. Citizenship, vehicle and driver's license. Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. Interviews are conducted at the property at 7 am or 7:30 am. on a week day. Resume and/or list of experience and skills is necessary.
