Handyman Needed for HOA

Worker needed for Homeowners' Association located at Northern Ave and 31st Ave, in Phoenix. Need someone to pick up trash from the 6-acre property and work on the landscape sprinkler system. Also, will assist the Maintenance Manager with various projects. Training will be given on the sprinkler system. Job is full-time, 40 hours a week. Some benefits offered.
