Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our landscaping crew. As a General Laborer at Catalina Lawn Care, you will play a crucial role in the physical aspects of our projects, ensuring the successful completion of various landscaping tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving business and contribute to the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of landscaping projects, including but not limited to planting, mulching, weeding, and irrigation installation.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Provide support to skilled landscapers and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license
