We are an all age manufactured home community with a total of 174 units. Approximately 35 homes are rentals.
Applicant will be in charge of rental homes (30+ homes). Must be attentive to work orders at all times. Some AC experience needed along with plumbing, electrical, etc. Turn overs must be completed by maintenance in a timely manner.
Community daily tasks include pool maintenance, landscape and grounds, painting, etc.
Must be able to maintain a positive/professional with tenants and coworkers.
Must follow Manager's direction and report to the office on the daily.
