Experienced Service & Residential Service Plumber.
Service Plumber Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
Install and maintain water supply systems.
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc
Install and maintain gas
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a plumber
Provide your hand tools
Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential construction areas
Valid Driving license
Experienced Residential Service/Warranty Plumber with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a clean driving record.
Performing residential service work, including troubleshooting and repairing of plumbing systems
Installing plumbing systems by assembling, positioning, and sealing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes
Effectively communicating issues to customers and providing options for repair and/or replacement.
Provide your hand tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly with a great deal of patience
Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and repairing.
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
English/Bilingual is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
