SUNTEC CONCRETE is expanding their Structural Division and looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our crews. This role is ideal for someone with experience in framing, structural carpentry, or general labor who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and help build the foundation (literally) of every job we do.
Whether it’s setting beams, framing walls, or supporting foundation work, you’ll be working on the core elements of residential and commercial structures. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week

Responsibilities:
-Assist in structural framing, foundation work, and heavy timber construction
-Set and secure structural components
-Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
-Support job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
-Follow project blueprints, layouts, and instructions from supervisors
-Ensure work is completed to code, safely, and on time
-Assist in temporary bracing and shoring as needed
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in structural framing or heavy carpentry is a plus
-Ability to read tape measure and basic layout skills required
-Must be physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and working in all weather conditions
-Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
-Comfortable working at heights or on ladders/scaffolding
-Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures
