Req ID: 20-08341Job Description: IT Program Manager (Digital Patient Experience/Healthcare)Location: REMOTEPosition Type: 6+ Month ContractOur Healthcare client is looking for an IT Program Manager for a large initiative to improve their digital patient and virtual health programs. This particular manager will be part of the Digital Patient Experience. This group is building healthcare apps. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering digital projects, ideally in the healthcare industry as well as experience working with clinical applications/operations. Required Education and Experience5+ years of healthcare operations experience. Strong Supervision and Leadership skills.5+ years of experience in supervising and building relationships with people at all levels.3+ years healthcare IT experience preferred.Project Management experience in a Health care environment preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredUnderstanding and application of experience in Finance and Accounting principles in relation to budgeting, purchasing and analyzing financial results in both agile and waterfall delivery models. CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferredScrum /Agile Certifications preferred (SA, PMI-ACP, APMG, CSM, A-CSPO, or CAL)Lean Six Sigma preferred Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, abilities and trainingAdvanced experience in product and project management methodologies and tool sets including agile/scrum, scaled agile and traditional planning, issue escalation, problem resolution, conflict and collision management, metrics and reporting, communications. Expert skills in PRM; specifically in Planview Enterprise One (required) and Planview LeanKit (desirable) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project & Word, Agile project management solutions, and portfolio management solutions Possess strong understanding of digital technology, clinical information systems, and how clinician information is integrated into the patient, consumer/patient and provider digital experiences, software delivery and associated delivery and operational practices, .
