Need highly motivated, qualified leader and/or finder for new business project that could greatly assist all medical and consulting fields.
Founder of advanced and developer of consequential programs needs help completing a very comprehensive IP package on a new, supervised, direct-to-patient and consumer program. Our service(s) will greatly assist doctors, patient outcomes, and goal management. We use a proprietary, very low cost, and highly efficient, new AI program that will empower the subject(s) to better guide all their health management and diagnostics.
Our newly formed four-person team that consists of the 81 yr old founder, a very busy cancer research scientist, a progressive, young technologist, and a leading electrophysiologist (who will be doing our first demo in 30 days or less).
We need a "full time" leader. Our program will soon require a $100K seed investment, under the fiduciary control and management of this "pre-first round" investor. Their compensation will be 15% APR, convertible 24-month (or less) note with bonus of 5% in advisory shares of the newly formed entity.
The above leader must have proven, successful "startup" credentials. You will take the initial group and two needed interim part-time programmers through a four-step actual development plan. This consists of two demo-pilot programs in cardiology; then, two beta programs with deeper, more automated programs (now planned for autistic providers and community).
Our latter "beta" program will be an actual marketable product whose core design can be expanded into most medical specialties and other consulting areas.
Our 12-month goal will be to partner and to align with a "major" health services, and a leader in "AI" applications. This program will greatly increase the efficiencies of existing medical diagnostic programs as well as to lower costs for insurance and other providers.
Direct revenues and near-term monetization will come from combination of direct pay for service, rebates, and participation in efficiencies realized through our much earlier, practical access to education and to our means of providing constructive empowerment of clients without increased legal liability.
There will be a 10% bonus offered for help raising the above initial funds. Also, there will be a major partnership equity for the selected colleague/leader who possesses the above needed skills and time.
Future compensation will be negotiated and deferred to a highly attractive combination of equity interest and commissions on monies subsequently raised as needed.
This position and participation bears all risks associated with newly formed startup ventures. We believe our procedures and AI programming creates a new category in health services that ultimately will impact a large percentage of healthcare services and interventions.
