We are well established, two doctor private practice, in a beautiful office with state-of-the-art equipment including digital radio-graphs, intra-oral camera, Dentrix software and electronic (no charts) records. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate team player to help us provide 5-star customer service to our patients!
The perfect candidate would be detail oriented, efficient and displays outstanding customer service! You must be friendly and positive, a great multi-tasker and a team player. Experience in general dentistry is a must, and you should be well versed in all areas of the dental front office with a main focus on treatment coordinating. Other duties are not limited to scheduling, and coordinating overdue re-care appointments, answering multiple phone lines, checking patients in and out, insurance verification.
