Caregiver

The position offered is for a Caregiver to Five residents living at St. Charles Place an Assisted Living home. The position work hours are 7 am until 7am Saturday's and Sunday's. The person selected will follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks, assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.) provide routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation, assist residents with the administration of medications, observe and report any changes in resident's condition, aids and support our senior individuals who need help with daily living activities, along with those who are unable to complete basic tasks, complete personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, eating or grooming, and following the patient’s prescribed healthcare service plan. Our caregiver should be compassionate, friendly, and good with people. The caregiver selected must be a team player, one that has completed a First Aid Training & Certification Program. Has completed a CPR program, possess a Food Handlers Certificate and has completed from state approved Caregivers Training School and Social Security card and References. The caregiver selected will be a person who is pleasant and supportive companion willing report any unusual incidents to the manager and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
