Company Description

Desert Hand and Physical Therapy opened its doors in 1997 with one therapist and an office manager, who shared common goals of providing patients with the best and most qualified upper-extremity care in the Valley of the Sun. Today, Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has grown to 10 locations around the Valley. Although we have grown to meet the needs of a population that has exploded in size, our goals have remained the same. With Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) at each location and several licensed physical therapists, our team can provide expert individualized treatment to each patient experiencing trauma, illness, or injury.

In addition to sticking to our goals, our core values summarize who we are and what we are all about:

Be friendly, kind, and compassionate every day

Quality matters

Working together invites success

Character is who you are when no one is watching

Accountability and responsibility start with you

Financial awareness strengthens and secures us in a changing healthcare environment

A positive attitude promotes a positive workplace

Lead by example; it’s contagious

Show respect for the company and fellow workers

Have fun!

If you share similar values, and of course, if you love the great outdoors, you will be in good company. Join our team and begin your new adventure with Desert Hand and Physical Therapy today!
