Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Wok Cook role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Wok Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes using the wok cooking technique. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and ensuring high-quality food standards are maintained.
Qualifications
Experience in Wok Cooking or Taiwanese/Chinese Cuisine
Knowledge of Asian cuisine and ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Team player with good communication skills
Food safety certification is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
