Job Title: Weekend Event Host
We are a unique event space in the heart of downtown Phoenix, hosting small to medium-sized gatherings most weekends. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Weekend Event Host to join our team.
Typical Shifts: Friday evenings, Saturdays, and/or Sundays — perfect for someone with weekday commitments such as school or another job.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with event setup and décor
- Serve and sell drinks (bar or barista experience a plus)
- Operate the POS system
- Keep the space tidy: light cleaning, dishwashing, and post-event reset
- Capture and share event highlights on social media (Instagram/TikTok), showcasing the energy of our space and community
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Presentable, outgoing, and guest-focused
- Reliable, with dependable transportation
- Active and able to stay on their feet throughout shifts
- Responsible, with a track record of showing up and following through
- Social media savvy — experience with Instagram and/or TikTok is highly valued, and will be a deciding factor between otherwise equally qualified candidates
