I am looking for a talented and hungry kitchen professional looking to advance their careers quickly. We are a fast casual restaurant that will be getting kitchen renovations and transitioning to a chef driven "scratch" concept in the next 6 months. As the Chef/Managing Partner of the business, I need a strong and reliable "right hand man (or woman)" to help me make sure every single dish leaving the kitchen is something to be proud of, and maintain the highest level of standards in terms of cleanliness and organization. Pay will be determined based on experience and will be competitive for the right person.

A bit about myself, I was trained for 3 years by Chef Nyesha Arrington at her first restaurant Leona about 10 years ago. Since then I have started and sold a business, passed the Level 1 CMS Sommelier exam, worked as a Mixologist, and am now looking to create the best Smash Burger in Phoenix and grow what is currently one store to 6-10 over the next 3 years. To accomplish these goals, I need great talent around me.
