Job Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Handle guest payments and operate the POS system
Ensure the bar and dining area remain clean and organized
Answer any questions guests may have regarding the menu or drinks
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Team player with a positive attitude
