Welcome Diner in the Downtown Garfield neighborhood is seeking to hire for multiple positions, mostly part time and potential full-time post New Years. We are looking for qualified prep cooks, hotline cooks and dishwashers to join our team.
Applicants should have/be:
- 2 years' experience working in a scratch kitchen environment, considerations will be made for the right applicants without
- Strong passion for making food and working in hospitality
- Desire to continue to learn cooking techniques and teaching techniques learned
- Strong communication skills
- Respectful and kind to others
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable standing long hours
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- A valid food handlers card
- Reliable transportation
Bonus points for those who have their own knives, aprons, and kitchen gear.
