Award winning CRUjiente Tacos is looking to immediately hire PM Line Chefs. We are open for dinner only, Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays! We are a true scratch kitchen, making the most flavorful, and progressive tacos in Arizona!
Schedule may vary, but in times are from 2 or 3pm to 10:30-11:30pm. Expectations are to come in on time, set up station, do some station prep work, organize mise en place, run your station as part of our team, assisting where necessary. Clean station and kitchen, go home. This is a very busy restaurant, with very particular execution and plating. We prefer cooks with some high volume experience. Reliability, being coachable, being professional are all musts.
Interested applicants can text, or come in anytime between 11:30am-2:30pm Tuesday-Saturday, we do not open until 4pm, so the front door is always locked. Please walk around the dry cleaners next door to the back of the building and enter through our back door, its the 3rd on your right, it is next to the small ramp and grease interceptor.
