From preparing mouthwatering dishes to ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly, our cooks and kitchen managers play a crucial role in delivering top-quality meals to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Train and mentor kitchen staff as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
