Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation to the highest standards, maintaining consistent quality and taste of all food, staff supervision, inventory management, cost control, hiring, training, evaluating kitchen staff, cooking on the line, have and maintain a Serve Safe Certification, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and health regulations, open communication with owner and managers, gets along well with others.
