Osteria Mia is a family owned Italian restaurant located in North Phoenix, in the Shops at Norterra. We are looking to add some experienced bartenders and servers to our team. We are flexible, and can work around prior commitments such as another job or school. We are a scratch kitchen where everything is made in house, and we offer a wide selection of Italian wine, seasonal spirits, and craft beer. We are looking for individuals with great teamwork ethics and positive attitudes who express an professionalism in their job. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relative experience in a high volume, full service restaurant. Basic wine and spirit knowledge is a plus.
We opened Osteria Mia in 2020, and we also own The Stetson Social and Tiki Star. We are independently owned and operated. We are a family run restaurant group, and we strive to offer our guest the utmost quality hospitality and food.
