Wyndham Phoenix Airport Hotel/Tempe is looking for Guest Reception Manager.
As a Hotel Guest Reception Manager, your main responsibilities may include:
1. Overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
2. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Supervising and training front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.
4. Managing room reservations, room assignments, and room inventory.
5. Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's online and offline reservation systems.
7. Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for guests.
8. Handling financial transactions, including billing, invoicing, and managing guest accounts.

Compensation Range: $45,000-$55,000 (Full Time including weekends)
