We're looking to hire several experienced HOST's for our Cracker's and Co. Cafe location Mesa, located on Iron Avenue. directly behind the Country Club Home Depot. Crackers and Co. Cafe is a locally owned group of family style, full-service sit-down restaurants. It's a well-established company, being in business over 39 years we have a large number of loyal and repeat customers. We serve breakfast and lunch only, so there is NO late nights. Usually everyone is out of the building around 3pm or so.
We prefer HOSTs with prior restaurant host experience and/or face to face customer service experience. However, we're also willing to hire people without any experience as we're willing to train the "right" person. The "right" person is someone with a natural outgoing bubbly personality, smiling and outgoing, who sincerely loves working with people. This is a fun job and the more you're personable and get to know your customers, the more they will love you and their tips will reflect that.
You're a critical part of the restaurant as you establish the "First Impression" of the restaurant, control the flow of business and ensure all guest's receive great service, as well as the last person to greet them and invite back.
You must apply in person at 535 W. Iron Ave., Mesa Arizona. Apply Monday thru Friday, 8am thru 1pm. Saturday 8am thru 11am. Upon entering the restaurant, let the person greeting you know you'd like to speak to a manager about the hosting position.
