Very loyal following, amazing food, and friendly service. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Back of House positions, including line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and bussers to help us deliver exceptional cuisine and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Line Cooks:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in food preparation and stocking as needed
- Food Handlers Card or willing to obtain
2. Dishwashers:
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and stocking as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
3. Bussers:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure timely turnover
- Assist servers and kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
- Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed
- Provide assistance to guests as required, such as refilling beverages or answering questions
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred for line cook positions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food handlers card or willingness to obtain one for line cook positions
- Strong knowledge of food and kitchen safety
