Position: General Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure that all operational standards are met or exceeded, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
Manage budgets, including labor costs and inventory expenses, to meet financial goals.
Collaborate with the ownership team to drive business growth and implement new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of restaurant management software, specifically Toast POS systems, and financial reports.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
