Position: Full-Time Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for patrons, offering friendly and attentive service.
- Manage the bar area, including stocking, cleaning, and ensuring the bar is well-organized.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following all company procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues with professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation, and bar operations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required local certifications or licenses.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
