BOH Job Description:
Rollin Smoke Barbeque is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Each employee must bring a smile to work every day and possess the ability to work flexible hours, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, handle large workloads, and be a team player. Hours will vary per week, and candidates must be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
● Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
● Set up and maintain a clean and organized cooking station
● Follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
● Handle and store food items according to health department standards
● Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
● Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
● Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
● Handle large workloads efficiently and work well under pressure
Requirements:
● Excellent customer service skills

● Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required
● Reliable transportation is necessary

FOH Position
Job Description:
Rollin Smoke Barbeque is seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House associate to perform the daily operations of our restaurant's front-of-house area. The Front of House Associate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth and efficient restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Front of House Responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house operations, including guest service, and restaurant cleanliness
Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction by addressing guest
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
Handle cash and financial transactions, including processing payments and reconciling cash drawers
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Provide excellent customer service
Assist with special events and promotions as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work as a team
Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate fellow team members
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
● Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
