What we’re offering:

No rent or utilities required from the operator (these expenses are covered by us)
Revenue-sharing model (details to be negotiated; options can include a percentage of net profits or gross revenue, with potential performance tiers)
What we’re looking for:
Experience in bakery/coffee shop operations and a strong hospitality background
Ability to manage daily storefront operations, inventory, and quality control
Knowledge of local health department regulations, licensing, and insurance
Entrepreneurial mindset, reliability, and strong customer service
Capability to develop seasonal menus and handle supplier relationships
What you’ll do:
Open, operate, and manage the donut shop within the Sundance Golf Club, Buckeye, AZ 85326
Source ingredients, manage inventory, and maintain health/safety standards
Prepare and serve donuts, cakes, and coffee beverages
Build a loyal customer base, manage hours, scheduling, and basic marketing
Handle bookkeeping, revenue tracking, and reporting (to be shared with us)
Compensation:
No rent or utilities for the operator
Revenue-sharing arrangement to be defined and agreed upon (discussed during interview)
