- Deploy and provide support of client's software and technology around Retail Systems
- Provide rebrand, installation, and support for the organizational fuel brand changes
- Receive requests for technical support around the Retail Systems via email and phone and work as a goal of first call resolution
- Technology evolution of Retail Systems software & services
- Track steps taken towards resolution and apply knowledge to analyze and resolve new issues as they arise for Retail Systems
- Add to the team knowledge base through sharing of information and contributions to the improvement of documentation and processes
- Utilize tools, knowledge, and skills to verify correct configurations of, but not limited to, Circle K networks and equipment in accordance with Circle K standards
- Availability to work different shifts, with a focus on overnight (from 5-8pm to 2-5am, Sunday through Thursday/Friday)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BS Degree or Certification in computer technology preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience-based learning
- 5 years Retail POS Systems technical product and software support experience; NCR (Radiant) and Verifone (Commander)
- 2 years Retail Systems application support and experience a plus, surrounding; RCM, RSM, LIFT, VHQ, CHUCK, MONGOOSE, SCCM, RDP, CKMONITORFILE, TELNET, ATG
- Familiarity with network structure and configurations, Windows operating systems including Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, along with MS Apps such as Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, etc
- Understanding and familiarity with retail business and technical environments
- Ability to effectively research, analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals
- Ability to interpret documents, technical and operating instructions, and procedural manuals into knowledgeable actions
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution, organizational and time management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills and customer focus, with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Self-starter, ability to operate and execute with limited supervision
