Sr IT Analyst - SAP Security

As a Sr IT Analyst - SAP Security Expert here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our SAP systems and protecting sensitive data. Your expertise in SAP security will be crucial in identifying and mitigating security risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to enhance our security posture.You will work out of our Honeywell locations in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will play a critical role in fortifying our SAP systems and safeguarding our critical assets. Your work will contribute to the secure and efficient operation of our SAP environment, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead ERP deployments architecting security design & Production support for SAP ERP landscape

Effectively design ERP security during deployment phases. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate it with Functional Security experts.

Manage and guide vendor team to coordinate requirement gathering with xfunctional teams.

Ensure compliance, SOD & audit requirements are captured in security role design.

Manage overall deployment team and support for various sites during each toll gate, pre-go-live, cutover and post go-live periods.

Ensure smooth transition of deployment site to support team.

Responsible for managing projects to implement standard support processes and tools, driving automation and

innovation in delivering ERP support. Drive Security improvement projects.

Transition new projects and deployments to standard support model, supporting compliance audits and vendor management.

Managing escalations including complex/cross functional issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues to prevent reoccurrence, performing Change reviews and providing run manager approvals.

Effectively managing day to day critical incidents to successful completion within SLAs.

Manage support vendor to ensure Honeywell support standards are followed, escalations are managed, and SLA are maintained by regular follow ups.

Support end users from diff. Honeywell Strategic Business Groups/Units for SAP access request management.

Troubleshoot access related issue.

Strong Implementation/configuration experience on SAP GRC - AC/PC tool. Experience on other access management tools (Greenlight, Sailpoint, IAG) will be a plus.

Act as a liaison between security, Vendor and different SAP teams across the world in different time zones. Experience on ticket management tools i.e. ServiceNow is a must.

Use SAP SolMan - Charm/Change Management process for any role change requests/ new role requirement for deployments.

Manage different SAP internal & external SOX audits and SAP Licensing audit activities.

Strong experience on managing and defining security processes.

Experience on different SAP products like SAP ECC, S4 HANA, BI/BO, HANA, Fiori, SRM, CRM, ARIBA. Security knowledge on SAP BTP platform, S4 HANA upgrade experience will be a plus.

Review CMBD periodically and make sure all application details are updated.

Maintain Service Now applications dashboards and reports.

You will be the primary interface to Business Partners, Service Owners and super users to manage incidents, escalations, and ticket reviews

You will be a key member of the Enterprise ERP Access Management team, engaging in all aspects of new SAP product security and Run support.

4+ years of experience in IT security, with a proven track record of advanced security analysis.

In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP Modules, Business Processes, SDLC process and Run support
