The Senior Creative Services Specialist will collaborate with digital marketing, customer marketing and event teams to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into visuals that will resonate with our target audiences. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.This role is Hybrid. Will require 3 days in office Main Responsibilities

Develops concepts and designs as directed in project requests and creative briefs.

Communicates conceptual and stylistic direction on projects to other creative team members.

Collaborates with multiple team members on a wide range of materials that may include digital ads, social media content, presentations, collateral, signage, and various marketing materials.

Maintains brand standards and Design Language System (DLS) across all creative deliverables.

Ensures branding and visual communication is consistent, clear, and impactful.

Utilizes graphic design tools and software to develop creative executive presentations, and templates.

Proactively makes suggestions for data layout, infographics, charts, aesthetics, and clarity.

Creates and shares design ad production best practices in digital/web, exhibit, social media and print media.

Follows internal processes for project management and planning.

Maintains processes for file sharing and digital asset repositories.

Requirements

5 or more years of professional experience in graphic design.

Understanding of creative and production processes across digital and traditional tactics.

Expert user in Adobe Creative Suite & MS PowerPoint.

Fluent in English.

Experience creating integrated campaigns for B2B/Fortune 100 organizations.

Familiarity with project management software, such as Workfront.

Ability to effectively work in a complex matrix organization.

Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as in cross functional teams.

Strong communication skills in face to face and virtual settings.

A desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field.
