We are a staple in the Valley and a solid employee owned company with almost 70 years of business experience and over 100 million in annual sales.What you will do:Coordinates all activities related to procurement of equipment beginning with intent to purchase through delivery.

Analyzes the requirements of the equipment, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and required delivery date.

Maintain multiple customer databases.

Check all sales orders for accuracy and log into the system in a timely and accurate manner. Keep logs up to date.

Work with Sales Associates to assist in customer relations and communicate all problems.

Create invoices and code payables.

Maintain and manage equipment inventory.

Work on reports and projects as assigned by the General Sales Manager.

Investigates and/or interviews potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements.

Research identified issues and creates solutions for any sales related inquiries. React in an efficient and timely manner.

Implements purchase contracts that comply with company and government regulations.

Assures that the equipment is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company.

Maintains timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, warranty and other documents to assure accurate retention of records.

Coordinates appropriate methods needed to deliver the equipment in a cost-effective manner.
